It was only in the last few years that I have been exposed to minimal sythpop. A record label such as weird records is one of the last great labels that produced bands like Led Er EST. They are interested in underground music that is tantalizing to any musical epicurean taste buds. Led Er EST has a sound that is hard to believe, they have a sound that beckons back to the hay day of electronic music in the 80's. At times it can be a bit bleak and minimal, then transform its self to a great dance beat. Recommended.
