David Thrussell (of Snog, Black Lung, and Soma fame) gives us a captivating sound track to the film The Hard Word. A bit of everything here, from dark ambient to neo-classical. I bought this album for one track, The End Theme. But I had no idea how great the rest of the score was for this film. David Thrussell's music sneaks up on you with its intelligence and intricacy. This score is definitely better than the movie deserved!
